Builder's Day

  "Rome was not built in a day" - says the proverb, and this applies not only Rome. 

  Yesterday Ukraine celebrated the day of the builder. Based holiday even during the Soviet era and is still celebrated in Ukraine, where he was officially established by a presidential decree №273/93 dated 22.07.1993. 

  Every year on the second Sunday of August we have the opportunity to thank the employees of the construction sector, which with bee diligently equip our country. After all, it is to them we owe our cozy housing, transport interchanges and other real estate benefits of civilization. 

  Brick by brick these workers erecting the foundation of our future, and the least we can offer them a reward - our thanks in the form of a pleasant souvenir of a long memory.
