The tradition to celebrate the Day of the builder originated in 1956 after the decision of Rada of Ministers together with the Central Committee of the CPSS on August 23, 1955. After independence in our country issued a decree №273 / 93 of 22 July 1993, according to which the second Sunday of August, all construction workers celebrate their professional holiday.
