Since 1994, the second Saturday of autumn in Ukraine marked the celebration of physical culture and sports. Celebration was established by presidential decree as a support for the development and updating of the sport among the population of our country.

Immodestly Ukrainians can be called one of the most developed nations in the sports world. In support of this are the world-famous Ukrainian sportsmen whose names are on everyone's lips: Lobanovsky Shevchenko Klitschko Bubka, Klochkova and many others. Ukraine has fostered and nurtured many famous winners of various competitions and championships, multiple holders of gold, silver, bronze medals and other awards for prizes. These people are great idols for the younger generation, which should be equal to achieve the same or even better. 

In the last decade of the Ukrainian youth became particularly popular for outdoor activities. Increasingly, young men and women go hiking in the mountains backpacking, fused by raging rivers and engaged in other active sports. And it's not just makes a pleasant variety in their leisure time, but it becomes a way of life, thus tempering their bodies and strength of spirit. Among the many participants of youth clubs and sports tourism sections of extreme sports, which are easily recognizable by the special joie de vivre and sports figure, moreover, they often wear badges on the proper subject. 

The holiday is held in the spirit of his subjects with a variety of sporting events, competitions and contests, where anyone can try their hand and get a well-deserved prize. In addition, on behalf of all citizens of the government hands out awards figures sports sphere, which added a special contribution to its development. 

In human possibilities are practically no limits, that is to illustrate how their athletes records, thereby inspiring young people to new achievements.
